摘 要:在非溶剂系统中,用Co-Mn-Ni-O/SiO2催化液相氨氧化对叔丁基甲苯(PTT)合成了对叔丁基苯腈(PTBN),对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征.结果表明,催化剂比表面积和孔体积的减小是由于芳烃参与反应时的吸附引起的,不会引起催化剂失活;催化剂具有尖晶石结构(Co,Mn)(Co,Mn)2O4,能很好地均匀分散在载体上;催化剂失活的主要原因是烧结,而由烧结引起的失活不能够恢复.Liquid phase ammoxidation of p-tert butyl toluene(PTT) to p-tert-butylbenzonitrile (PTBN) has been studied in presence of Co-Mn Ni-O/SiO2,which is first put forward as the catalyst of liquid phase ammoxidation. The catalyst is prepared by impregnation and the reaction is carried out in the absence of solvent. The structure and catalytic properties of catalysts have been characterized. The results showed that the catalyst exists in the form of spinel composite oxide (Co,Mn)(Co,Mn)2O4 , catalytic inactivation was mainly due to sintering. And parts of permanent decline of catalytic activity caused by the sinter cannot be by calcinations. The surface area and pore volume were obviously decreased by aromatic adsorption in liquid phase ammoxidation.
