摘 要:电机作为驱动设备在工业生产中应用非常广泛.提高电机故障的监测诊断水平,有助于减少事故发生,降低维修成本,具有重大实用价值.本文首先分析了鼠笼异步电机系统的故障(包括电气故障、机械系统故障)特点,根据电流信号的谐波分量变化可以提取故障的有效特征.然后,在深入研究了相关文献资料的基础上,提出了电机故障柔性模拟的有效途经,仿真实验结果证明了所提方案的正确性,为电机故障研究提供了重要的手段.The electric machines as driving equipment are used widely in industry. It is significant in practice to improve the electric machine diagnosis technique. It benefits to decrease the occurrence of accident and reduce the cost of maintenance. The faults of electric machine system, including the electric and mechanic, are analyzed in details. According to the variant of current harmonic components, the effective features of fault are extracted. Based on the deep research of the relevant literature, the efficiency way of the flexibility fault signal simulation of AC electric machine which is proved by the research of simulation experiment, is involved in this paper.
