摘　　要：北京不仅保存了大量的物质文化遗产,而且保留了极其丰富的非物质文化遗产,保护北京非物质文化遗产,就是保护和弘扬文化的多样性。抢救和保护北京非物质文化遗产的重要性日益迫切地摆在了北京乃至全社会的面前。这是一项功在当代、利在千秋的大事,也是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是传承中华文明、繁荣社会主义先进文化的重要内容。Beijing City not only perseveres a large amount of material cultural heritage, but also holds an abundance of non-material cultural heritage. To protect Beijing＇ s non-material cuhure heritage means to guarentee and develop cultural diversity of Beijing City. Saving and protecting non-material cultural heritage will be an important and imminent issue for citizenry and the whole society in Beijing. To inherit our non-material cultural heritage is a beneficial thing for us and our future generations. It is also an important part of our program to construct a socialist harmonious society, to inherit our Chinese culture, and to further develop our advanced socialist culture.
