名人故居保护与利用的比较研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,全国历史文化名城的保护进入了一个新的阶段,名人故居的利用工作也正在加强。虽然北方城市与南方城市之间存在差异,但是,总体上目前我国名人故居的保护和利用研究显得比较薄弱。把国内名人故居的保护利用情况及主要做法与国外进行比较,可以进一步发现我国名人故居保护和利用面临着以下共性问题:1)使用功能单一;2)经费不足;3)管理混乱,缺乏适用的管理办法。建议借鉴国外经验采取以下措施:1)采用灵活、多样的利用方式;2)全方位多渠道筹集资金;3)尽快确定管理机构,制定管理办法。With the accelerated urbanization, the preservation of famous historic and cultural cities has come into a new age in China. Much attention has been paid to the preservation and utilization for celebrities＇ former residences. However, there is no uniform definition for Celebrities＇ Former Residences in China. There is controversy over the qualities of celebrities. Although there is some difference between north cities and south cities, on the whole, the studies on preservation and utilization for Celebrities＇ Former Residences are not enough. A comparative study of the present status and research methods of preservation and utilization of the celebrities＇ former residences between Chinese cities and cities abroad will bring about some common problems： 1 ） function is single; 2） funds are not abundant; 3） there is no appropriate preservation rules, and the management is out of order. The experience from foreign cities supplies references to domestic cities： 1 ） to take flexible and various utilization forms; 2） to raise funds in various ways; 3） to establish the governmental sectors in charge of the residences.
