摘 要:疱疹病毒是儿童感染性疾病的常见病原体,可表现为潜伏感染和持续感染,甚至引起肿瘤的发生,严重威胁儿童健康。抗病毒药物作为目前疱疹病毒感染性疾病首选的治疗方法,其应用越来越受到药物毒副作用以及耐药问题的限制。RNA干扰(RNAi)作为一种新型的基因阻断技术与传统的基因敲除技术及反义技术相比,具有效能高、特异强、毒性低、作用迅速、操作简便等优点,因此它作为一种新型的抗病毒疗法被寄予厚望。此文就RNAi对疱疹病毒抑制作用的研究进展作了综述。Herpesvirus, a common pathogen of infectious diseases in children, threatens children's health severely. It is involved in latent and persistent infection even in the pathogenesis of malignancy. Antiviral therapy, which is still the main approach to inhibit herpesvirus-associated diseases, is restricted to application by its increasing side-effects and drug resistance. Compared to gene knock-out and antisense technology, RNA interference has following advantages: higher efficiency, better specificity, lewer toxicity, quicker effect, as well as more convenient manipulation, and so on. Therefore, great expectations are laid on it as a new antiviral therapy. This article will review the suppressive effect of RNA interference on herpesvirus.
