摘　　要：为解决隧道窑存在的非优化问题,采用系统工程观点分析隧道窑系统,建立了系统结构模型,并对主要研究内容、描述变量、广义数学模型、模拟模型、模拟系统及模拟试验等进行讨论.模拟系统由数据库、数据分析、动态模拟及结果分析、计算机辅助设计等子系统组成,具有综合利用所有资源、交互式建模、动态模拟实验及结果分析、辅助设计等功能.利用计算机模拟实际或虚拟隧道窑系统,进行热工理论研究,对隧道窑的烧成制度、系统结构设计、控制策略及方法、控制系统等方面进行优化,可提高设计与运行水平.Tunnel kilns are analyzed in a system perspective for optimizing on their operation, structural design, control strategy and controler, etc. A structure model is created. Describing variant, general mathematical model, simulation model, programming, function and simulated experiment of the computer simulation system for tunnel kilns are discussed. Simulation system generally consists of database, data analysis, dynamic simulation and the CAD, etc. The computer simulation can be used to study a tunnel kiln under real or ideal conditions to solve the existing problems so as to provide theories for the design and control of kilns.
