摘 要:以拉丝用MoO2、KOH、硅酸、A l(NO3)39H2O为原料,采用不同的掺杂配比进行相同工艺下的掺杂、还原和烧结实验,剖析和讨论了加工工艺过程中掺杂成分S i、A l、K的变化情况及其原因,同时也分析了氧含量随加工工艺的变化情况及其与掺杂元素含量之间的关系.结果表明,S i、A l、K含量在还原和烧结后都显著降低,最后只残留极少部分,其残留量随着原始掺杂含量的增加而增加;随着掺杂总含量的增加,还原和烧结后的O含量依次增加.The doping,reduction and sintering experiments were performed under the same processing condition but different dopant content using MoO2 for wire drawing, KOH, H2SiO3 and Al( NO3 )39H2O as raw materials. Changes of the elemental dopant Si,Al,K during the manufacturing processes are analysed. At the same time, the changes of O concentration during the reduction and sintering process has been investigated. The relationship between the O concentration changes and the dopant concentration is also discussed. The results show that the concentration of Si, Al, K decrease significantly after reduction and sintering and there is little residue whose concentration increases with the invrease of original dopant. At the same time, the concentration of O increases with the original dopant.
