摘  要:某型导弹发射插头硅橡胶胶管在存放两年后出现裂纹。本文采用视频显微镜及扫描电子显微镜对硅橡胶胶管的外观损伤特征进行了检查,观察了胶管裂纹断口的宏微观特征,并利用性能相近的硅橡胶进行了对比模拟试验,在此基础上,分析了胶管裂纹的性质及产生机理,阐述了材料微观损伤断裂的力学过程。结果表明,胶管的开裂性质为过载断裂,开裂的原因主要是胶管壁厚不均匀、扯断强度偏低、胶管内壁存在粘合的铜丝网。Crack occurred in a silicon rubber pipe of a certain model missile emission plugs after storing two years. Macroscopic and microcosmic damage characteristics of the crack were studied by means of video microscope and SEM. On the base of a contrast simulate test using a kindred silicon rubber, feature of the fracture and mechanism of production were analyzed, and the mechanical fracture process of microscopic damage was proposed. The results show that the mode of crack in the rubber pipe is fracture by a loading exceeded the tearing strength of the rubber. The thickness of pipe wainscot, the tearing strength of this silicon rubber, and the brass wire conglutinated with the rubber in lining of pipe induced the pipe fracture.
