摘　　要：分析了文山壮族苗族自治州在改革发展过程中遇到的困境,提出牢固树立科学发展观,全面实施“科教兴州”战略,高度重视人才培养,努力提高劳动者的科技文化素质,促进经济社会协调发展的基本策略。The paper analyzes the puzzledom arising in the course of reform and development in the autonomous prefecture of Zhuang and Miao nationalities of Wenshan, advocating to stick to the notion of scientific development, to fulfill the strategy of invigorating the prefecture through science, to lay great importance on cultivation of talents, to improve the cultural quality of labors and promote harmonious development of economy society.
