摘 要:采用实验和计算机图像分析相结合的方法,对松质骨微结构进行分析,研究松质骨孔隙率沿不同方向的分布规律.利用光镜观察和自行设计的图像分析软件,计算了松质骨切片表面的总面积、骨基质的面积、孔隙的面积,进而得出该松质骨切片的孔隙率.分析结果表明:对胫骨近端松质骨或远端松质骨,孔隙率沿轴向靠近密质骨逐渐减小,而沿横向基本不变,松质骨材料可看作横观各向同性的液饱和多孔材料,利用本方法和设计的图像分析软件可较为准确地检测松质骨孔隙率.A method combining experiment with computer image analysis has been developed to analyze the tiny structure of the cancellous bone and to determine the distribution characteristics of the cancellous bone porosity. Based on the microscopical examination and image analysis software self-designed ,the total area ,solid matrix area and pore area of each specimen and then the cancellous bone porosity are determined, respectively. The analysis results show that for the cancellous bone in the near extremity ot tibia or the far extremity ot tibia, the porosity gradually decreases along the axial direction and cling to the compact bone, but basically keeps constant along the transversal direction. The cancel- lous bone may be modeled as a transversely isotropic,liquid saturated porous solid. The data suggest that the analysis method and the image analysis sortware could be used to test the cancellous bone po- rosity relatively accurately.
