摘　　要：林业舍作组织作为植根于林业的一种组织形态，在我国还处于起步阶段，而一个组织的生存和发展所面临的首要问题就是如何筹资。本文将组织理论与林业特性结合起采，分析林业合作组织筹集资金的困难性，阐述引入龙头企业的必然性及解释为何龙头企业的引入不会导致合作组织的本质——舍作性质发生变化。As one of organization types based on forestry, forestry cooperation organizations have to face the financing problem on its underway phase. Combining the organization theory and forestry characters, this essay analyzed the difficulty of the financing, pointed out the inevitability of Leading Corporation and how to keep the nature of cooperation organization with it.
