青海省农牧区城镇居民体育现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用分层抽样调查法、座谈法、实地考查法和文献资料法对青海省农牧区城镇居民的体育现状进行了调查和研究.结果表明,体育人口数量偏低,结构不合理;居民参加体育活动的时间具有明显的季节性和随意性;体育活动方式以个体自发形式为主,组织化程度较低;参加体育锻炼的主要动机是强身健体和精神愉快,选择的运动项目注重简单实用;居民选择体育活动场所时以随意、就近和方便为原则;居民的体育消费水平处于较低层次,年平均体育消费金额约为24.26元,且以实物性消费为主;社会体育指导员缺乏,平均每5792人左右拥有一名.制约农牧区城镇居民开展体育活动的主要因素包括:1)经费投入不足,体育场地设施匮乏;2)对群众体育活动的宣传和组织力度不足;3)受高原地理环境的影响.针对上述情况,提出了青海省农牧区城镇居民开展群众体育活动的六条发展对策.This paper is investigating and analyzing the current sport situation among residents of City and Town in Agriculture and Pastoral Area of Qinghai Province with dividing- layer sample method, discussion method, sport inspecting method and document method. Several results can be seen from this survey. Firstly, the population of attending sports tends to be lower with unreasonable structure; there are obviously seasonal and optional characteristics in the sport time of residents. Then the individual spontaneous activity is regarded as the main sports with low degree organization; since the motive of attending the sports is to keep body healthy and spirit cheerful, simple and practice are emphasized in choosing the sports item. After that the residents take the option, nearby and convenience as the principles when choosing the sports activity place; the consumption level is pretty low on sports, the average consumption amount is about 24.26Yuan/per year, and most of them are real object consumption. At last, there is a great need to the instructors of social sports, for only one among every 5792 people. The main factors that restrict the development of residents＇ exercises in agricultural and pastoral area of Qinghai province are including： 1） lack of sufficient funds and the installation of sports facilities; 2） not enough propaganda and organization to sports activities among residents; 3） influence of plateau environment. To these mentioned above, this paper proposes six policies for developing people＇ s sports activities in Qinghai agriculture and pastoral area of city and town.
