摘 要:目的研究红毛七乙醇提取物(HMT)的抗炎、镇痛及对免疫系统的影响。方法观察MHT对大鼠足趾肿胀、小鼠扭体、热痛阈的抗炎、镇痛作用;通过小鼠碳粒廓清、鸡红细胞吞噬,评价HMT对非特异性免疫功能的影响;通过去除双侧肾上腺小鼠耳廓肿胀了解其抗炎的机制。结果受试药物口服给药,对大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);能抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.001);能延长小鼠热痛阈值;对二甲苯引起的耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);对小鼠网状内皮细胞吞噬功能有显著影响(P<0.001);能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;对切除双侧肾上腺的小鼠耳廓肿胀无明显抑制作用。结论HMT有抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective: To observe the effects on anti-inflammatory, analgesia and immunomodulation of HMT. Methods : Observing the anti-inflammation effects by using the methods of the swelling of ear inflammation in mice, egg white induced edema of hind paw in rats. By using the methods of body twisting and hot-algesia in mice, the effects of analgesia were observed. Observing the immunity effects by using methods of mice carbon clearance test and phagocytize function of macrophage. Observing the swelling of ear by the removal of the adrenal glands at both sides in mice. To elucide HMT effect on the noimmune and mechanism of anti-inflammatory action. Results: The experiments proved that HMT had strong inhibition on many kinds of inflammatory models such as swelling of mouse ear inflammation in mice, egg white induced edema of hind paw in rats and mice (P〈0. 05); and it had markedly analgesics action on the reaction of writhes in mice induced by acetic acid (P〈0. 001). The immunomodulation acticities were studied with results which showed that HMT markedly increased the clearance rate (P〈0. 001), but the phagocytize function of macrophage was not changed. It had no effect on the removal of the adrenal glands at both sides in mice. Conclusion:The results show that HMT has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
