3种抗真菌药物治疗浅部真菌病240例临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复方硝酸益康唑乳膏、特比奈芬乳膏、联苯苄唑乳膏外用治疗浅部皮肤真菌病的疗效。方法共观察浅部皮肤真菌病240例,随机分为A、B、C3组,每组各80例。A组外用复方硝酸益康唑乳膏;B组外用特比奈芬乳膏;C组外用联苯苄唑乳膏;均外涂2次/d,3组疗程均为2周,比较其临床疗效。结果A组治愈率65.0%,总有效率为82.5%;B组治愈率60.0%,总有效率为80.0%;C组治愈率61.3%,总有效率为81.3%,3组临床疗效经统计学处理无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论3种抗真菌药物乳膏外用治疗浅部皮肤真菌病疗效肯定,安全性好,价格适中,可作为临床常规用药。Objective.. To explore the effect of the 1% Compound Ecoazole Nitrate Cream, 1% Terbinafine Hydzochloride Cream and 1% Bifonazole Cream in treating the superficial mycoses. Methods： 240 cases with superficial mycoses were randomly divided into 3 groups with 80 cases each. The first group was treated with 1% Compound Ecoazole Nitrate Cream, the second group was treated with 1% Terbinafine Hydzochloride Cream and the third group wastreated by 1% Bifonazole Creams. And the 3 antifungal creams were all topically used on skin lesions twice a day for 2 consecutive weeks on the patients respectively. Then compared their curative effect. Results： The total cure rate was 65.0% in the first group, 60. 0% in the second group and 61.3% in the third group. The total rate of effect was 82.5 % in the first group, 80. 0% in the second group ,and 81.30% in the third group. There were no significant differences in cure rate, and total effective rate within 3 groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： 3 antifungal creams are good, safe medications in treating the superficial mycoses. Besides they are moderate in price. Therefore, they can be used as external ordinary remedies in superficial mycoses.
