摘　　要：探讨了医院业务流程再造中信息系统的改造。在医院进行系统性改造之前,医院信息系统方面的工程人员应对医院决策层给予切实的保证、承诺和支持。讨论了具有全面信息系统建设的医院该如何判断是否开展业务流程再造、业务流程再造的方案选择与信息系统改造路线的关系、如何通过系统性改造、使医院信息系统成为柔性系统等;提出了信息系统改造的一些技术策略。信息技术方面对医院决策层的支持,可以使医院决策管理层在进行优化流程方案选择和设计时免除对信息系统方面的许多顾虑,从而可更好地从医院实际情况出发选择业务流程优化方案。This paper probes into reconstructing information system in hospital reengineering, Before hospital reengineering, the engineers on hospital information system （HIS） should give the hospital top level sure-enough guarantee, promises and supports from information technique. The paper discusses how estimates whether or not a hospital that have developed the whole HIS should take reengineering and the relationship between the reengineering scheme choice and the way of reconstructing information system. The paper also discusses how HIS can become soft system by systemic reconstructing and advances some technique tactics of HIS reconstructing. The supports from HIS department can make the top level avoid many worry about information system as reengineering. Consequently they can choose the reengineering scheme from hospital practice situations better. This paper has referential value for the reconstructing information system in hospital reengineering.
