摘 要:以自来水为喷淋介质,对旋流压力式喷嘴低压喷淋液滴粒径进行了测试,分析了压力、喷孔直径和喷嘴流量对液滴索特平均直径(d_(SMD))的影响规律,研究了旋流压力式喷嘴液滴尺寸的分布规律。采用跨径(K)和均匀度指数(N)来揭示喷嘴低压喷淋质量。实验结果表明,d_(SMD)较大,超过250μm;d_(SMD)随喷孔直径增大而增大,随压力和喷嘴流量增大而减小;喷淋液滴尺寸分布均匀性较好,K小于0.65,N大于4。实验结果可以为旋流压力式喷嘴设计和改进提供重要的实验依据。The low-pressure spray droplet size of swirl pressure nozzle is measured with the water as the working fluid of spray.The influence of the nozzle pressure,the flow capacity and the nozzle di- ameter on the spray Sauter mean diameter(d_(SMD))is discussed,and the distribution of spray droplet size is studied.The span diameter (K)and uniformity index(N)is used to evaluate the low-pressure spray performances.The results show that the spray droplet size is bigger and the d_(SMD)is over 250μm.d_(SMD)increases with the increase of nozzle diameter,and decreases with the increase of the pressure and nozzle flow capacity.The distribution of spray droplet size has good uniformity,K is less than 0.65 and N is more than 4.The re- search provides an important experimental basis for the design and improvement of swirl pressure nozzle.
