摘 要:介绍了硅肥的定义、分类、发展、土壤有效硅临界值、硅肥的作用和增产效果。对硅肥生产现状、制备工艺及存在问题作了综合分析,指出了以煤渣为原料、特别是催化气化含碱灰渣,经煅烧和添加助荆煅烧提高有效硅含量和制备硅肥的可行性及其前景。The definition,classification,development and the function of silicate fertilizer,the critical value of effective silicon in soil,and the effect of silicate fertilizer on the increase of plant pro- duction are introduced systematically,The current production sta- tus,manufacture technology and some problems for the silicate fer- tilizer are also analyzed.It is pointed out that the silicate fertilizer can be produced by calcining the coal cinders from coal conversion, especially the ash-cinders containing alkali yielded in the catalytic gasification process,or with some additives together,and the effec- tive silicon content can be enhanced.The feasibility and potential prospects of producing the silicate fertilizer are also pointed out.
