摘　　要：介绍了TX1型高效吸油剂在脱硫剂中的埋包实验情况,并与工业焦炭和催化剂载体(氧化铝球)的吸油效果进行了比较。结果表明,TX1型高效吸油剂具有吸油率高、强度高、孔隙率大、价格适中、吸油不吸硫等优点。在全低变流程的过滤器中装入TX1型高效吸油剂,过滤后的气体含油量几乎为零,使变换炉的阻力不因机械杂质和油污而上升。The experiment of burying TX1 type high effective oil absorbent in the desulfurizing agent is described and the oil absorbing effect is compared with that of coke and alumina ball.The results show that the TX1 type high effective oil absorbent has advantages of high oil absorbing efficiency,high intensity,large amount of po- rosity,inexpensive cost and unabsorbing sulfides.Loading the TX1 type high effective oil absorbent in the filter of low temperature shift process,the oil content of the filtered gas is almost zero,and the re- sistance of the shift furnace is no longer rise due to mechanical impu- rity and oil stain.
