摘　　要：目的:计算药物溶出度Weibull分布参数。方法:用MATLAB曲线拟合工具箱处理药物溶出数据。结果:该方法所拟合计算的结果与文献相吻合。结论:该方法简单且便于掌握,无需任何数值算法背景,无需对α参数做预先估计,拟合结果准确,适用于药学工作者对药物溶出度Weibull分布的计算。Objective： To calculate the Weibull＇s distribution parameters for drug dissolution. Methods： The data of drug dissolution were processed by MATLAB curvefit toolbox. Results： The calculation result by MATLAB curvefit toolbox was identical with that in the literature. Conclusion： The method is simple and convenient, by which the background of numerical algorithm and pre-estimated parameter α aren＇t needed and the fitting result is accurate. It is suitable for data processing in calculation of Weibull＇ s distribution for drug dissolution.
