摘 要:研制一种新型滑撬用低成本“铺层-针刺”C/C复合材料,分析了其力学性能、热学性能和微观结构,并与现有国外滑撬用C/C复合材料进行了比较。结果表明,研制的C/C复合材料的力学性能、热性能优良,其层间剪切强度、压缩强度和冲击强度分别达到26.98 MPa、255.8 MPa和361.06 J/m,与国外同类材料相比,分别高96.4%、80.1%和262.2%,热导率提高约50%,线胀系数降低约60%以上,有效提高了抗热震性能和高温工作的可靠性。A new low-cost ply needled C/C composite for slide was developed, and its mechanical properties, thermal performances and microstructure were analyzed, moreover the needled C/C composite was compared with foreign C/C composite for slide, The results show that the mechanical and thermal properties of the needled C/C composite are perfect,and its interlaminar shear strength, compression strength and impact strength are up to 26, 98 MPa, 255.8 MPa and 361.06 J/m respectively, which are higher by 96.4% ,80.1% and 262.2% than those of the foreign C/C composite. In addition,its thermal conductivity is increased by about 50% and the thermal expansion coefficient is decreased by about 60%. Therefore the thermal shock resistance property and high-temporature operation reliability of the C/C composite can be improved effectively.
