摘  要:利用真空烧结工艺和表面氮化处理工艺,制备了纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷可转位刀片和Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷功能梯度可转位刀片,与通用硬质合金刀具进行了铸铁的对比切削试验.并利用SEM、EPMA对自制刀片的磨损失效机理进行了分析.结果表明:氮化处理后刀片的耐磨性提高,与TN20的切削性能相似.功能梯度金属陶瓷刀片的磨损失效机理为冲击磨损、扩散和粘附磨损.Nano-composite Ti (C, N)-based cermet indexable inserts and functional gradient Ti (C, N)-based cermet indexable inserts were produced separately by vacuum sintering and surface heat treatment with hot isostatic pressing (HIP) in nitrogen. The newly fabricated cermet cutting tools were tested in continuous turning cast iron compared to conventional cutting tools. It is found that the surface hardness of the cermets is increased after being subjected to a heat-treatment in nitrogen, which substantially improved the flank wear resistance during cutting; and a higher cutting performance as TN20 inserts. For functional gradient Ti(C, N)-based cermet tools, impact wear, diffusion and adhesion wear are the main source of tools failure.
