两种不同原料制备无粘结剂高强度炭材料的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:分别以生石油焦和煤系原料改性炭粉为原料成功制得了无粘结剂高强度炭材料。实验表明:原料挥发分含量较高对粉料的成型有利,但挥发分含量过高,不利于无粘结剂炭材料的烧结;另外,随着成型压力的增加,生坯密度和无粘结剂炭材料烧结制品的密度都呈升高的趋势。研究结果表明:成型压力为100M Pa,烧结温度为1 000℃,生石油焦粉制得的无粘结剂炭材料的抗折强度为42.90M Pa,抗压强度为90.23M Pa;煤系原料改性炭粉制得的无粘结剂炭材料的抗折强度为61.58M Pa,抗压强度为116.12M Pa。Bindless carbon materials are prepared with green petroleum cokes or treated carbon powders from coals. The experiments show that high content of volatile is favorable to briquetting,but is unfavorable to sintering when the content of volatile is too high ;otherwise compact densities and sintering densities of Bindless carbon materials are increased with the increase of briquetting pressures. The results show that when the briquetting pressure is 100MPa,and the sintering temperature is 1 000℃,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the green petroleum coke sample are 42.90MPa and 90. 23MPa respectively, flexural strength of the treated carbon powders and compressive strength from coals sample are 61. 58MPa and 116.12MPa respectively.
