保存无菌持物钳的两种方式探讨

摘　　要：目的研究甄选污染率低、方便临床护理使用的无菌持物钳保存方式。方法对我院15个科室使用“2%戊二醛浸泡持物钳”的湿式保存法及“高压灭菌钳盅和持物钳”的干式保存法的实际使用情况进行调查并作微生物学检测。结果2种保存方法优缺点各有所长。结论为确保安全,尽量选用干式法,但使用频率高、时间长的部门宜选用湿式法。Objective In the usage of bioclean matter holding forceps, we should choose proper preservation pattern according to specific situation. Methods To investigate the actual usage of the wet preservation as ＂bioclean matter holding forceps dipped into 2% glutaraldehyde＂ adopted by us for 2 years and the dry preservation as＂bioclean matter holding forceps kept in handleless cup sterilized by high pressure＂, and makes the microbiology test. Result Both patterns have their own merits and disadvantage. Conclusion To insure to security, we should choose dry preservation as much as possible. But the department, which uses frequently and for long time had better choose the wet preservation.
