摘  要:目的:探讨不同强度运动对心肌线粒体功能的影响。方法:40只小鼠随机分为安静对照组(A组)、90 min运动组(B组)、力竭组(C组)及力竭后恢复24h组(D组)各10只,以游泳为运动方式,观察各组血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、ATP合成活性及脂质过氧化水平丙二醛(MDA)的变化,并在光镜和电镜下观察心肌超微结构。结果:与A组比较,C组血清CK、LDH水平及心肌MDA水平显著增高(P<0.05),ATP合成能力显著下降(P<0.05),电镜下心肌超微结构损伤明显。结论:急性力竭运动可造成线粒体损伤和心肌损伤,力竭运动后24h各项指标基本恢复。Objective: To study the changes of mitochondrial function in myocardiocytes after exercise in mice. Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups: control, 90 min swimming, exhaustive swimming and 24 h recovery after exhaustive swimming. The changes in the serum creatine phosphokinase (CK) activities and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), myocardial malondialdehyde (MDA) and ATP activities were investigated and myocardial tissue structures were observed. Results :As compared with the control group, the serum CK and LDH were higher (P〈0.05), the myocardial MDA was higher (P〈0.05), the ATP activities were lower (P〈0.05) in exhaustive swimming group. Electron microscopy revealed that myocardial structures in exhaustive swimming group were injured. Conclusion: Exhaustive exercise could result in injures of mitochondria and myocardiocytes. Twenty-four h after exhaustive exercise, various indexes were basically recovered.
