摘  要:改革开放以来,中国媒体实现了巨大变革,从单一的“宣传本位”向“媒介本位”回归,由事业单位向企业单位转型。中国媒介开始了自我积累、自我经营、自我发展的市场化历程。在媒介走向市场的过程中,业外资本的导入是巨大的推动力量。一方面,业外资本看好媒介的发展前景和巨大的利润空间;另一方面,媒介也需要业外资本来发展壮大自己。本文探讨了业外资本进入媒体的必然性、导入模式以及特点。Since the beginning of reform and opening up, Chinese media has achieved the return from the propaganda guideline to the nature of mass media, and the transition from an institution to a business. Chinese media begins the course of self- accumulation, self- management and self- development, in which the introduction of capitals outside media business is a tremendous driving force. On one hand, the development prospects of media and huge profit mar g ira are confirmed well by capitals outside media business; on the other hand, the media need to expand their foreign trade.This paper discusses the necessity that capitals go into the media industry,patterns and characteristics.
