摘　　要：国内客车生产企业的涂装前处理设备一般比较简单，涂装前处理通常靠手工处理。本文着重讨论手工处理时应注意的问题，分别对涂装前争对不同基材料进行脱脂、除锈除氧化皮及化学转化膜处理的现状及趋势进行了探讨。Most of the bus preparation work before coating is simple and usually manual work. Different methods of removing grease, oxide debris, and iron crust on the substrates are introduced and the status quo and developing trend of this section are also discussed in this paper.
