摘　　要：中美关系是涉及中美两国最重要的双边关系之一,中美关系的发展经历了两大阶段和一个过渡期;中美关系的发展既有友好合作的一面,又有矛盾冲突的一面;台湾问题是阻碍中美关系健康发展的最大障碍;中美关系的两重性具有客观性,正确认识和处理中美关系对双方以及国际社会意义重大。Sino-relationship is one of the most important bilateral relationships between the two counties, it has experienced two stages and one transitional period. It is a dual issue which has both cooperation and conflicts. The biggest obstacle which affects the healthy development of this relationship is Taiwan Question. The bilateral Sino-America relationship is objective; it is of great importance for these two countries and the whole international society to study and handle the Sino-American relationship properly.
