摘　　要：图书馆落实科学发展观是图书馆事业科学发展的必然选择。文章从树立“读者第一”与“馆员第一”的人本观;发挥优势,促进人的全面发展;注重内外部各层面的协调、增强图书馆核心竞争力、注意代际、代内公平几个方面,提出图书馆科学发展的具体思路。Scientific development view applying to libraries is the inevitable choice in order to trigger the library development. The author of this paper presents his train of thought from the following aspects such as, the human-centered view of ＂readers f＇Lrst＂ and ＂librarians first＂ ;taking the advantages to promote all-around development of human beings;paying attention to the interior and exterior harmonious development;emphasizing core competition of the libraries; and concerning the fairness of inter and inner generations.
