乙羧氟草醚对斑马鱼的急性毒性和生物富集性研究

摘　　要：采用半静态法测定了乙羧氟草醚对斑马鱼B rachydanio rerio的急性毒性和生物富集系数。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和吐温-80为助剂,配制不同浓度的乙羧氟草醚溶液,测得其对斑马鱼的LC50值为3.10mg/L,属于中等毒性。生物富集性试验中设乙羧氟草醚浓度为0.03和0.30mg/L,持续暴露时间为8d,测得生物富集系数(BCF8d)分别为1.16和2.43,属于低富集性。The acute toxicity and bio-concentration factor of fluoroglycofen-ethyl were measured by using zebrafish （Brachydonio rerio） as test organism by semi-static method. N,N-Dimethylformamide and tween-80 were used as adjuvant to prepare the solution of fluoroglycofen-ethyl. The LC50 value of fluoroglycofen-ethyl to B. rerio was 3.10 mg/L. When exposed for 8 days ,the bio-concentration factor （BCFsd） of fluoroglycofen-ethyl was 1.16 and 2.43 at the concentrations of 0.03 and 0.30 mg/L, respectively. The results suggested that bio-concentration of fluoroglycofen-ethyl in Brachydonio rerio was low.
