摘　　要：回顾了近年关于KDP晶体材料的研究成果,对KDP晶体的不同生长技术、晶体中散射颗粒形成的原因以及晶体的光透过谱进行了介绍,特别对影响KDP晶体激光损伤阈值的原因进行了讨论与分析,并展望了今后KDP晶体的发展趋势。The paper reviewed the research achievement of KDP（KH2 PO4 ） crystal materials in recent years,and introduced the different growth technology of KDP crystals,the reason for scatter in KDP crystals and the photic transmission spectrum of the crystals. The reason affecting laser damage threshold was analyzed. The development trend of KDP crystals was put forward.
