摘 要:在分析不同切缝药包的基础上,提出一种适合含水炮孔条件的新型水介质不耦合切缝药包,与其它不同形式切缝药包进行对比实验.在单孔、3孔条件下进行了模拟爆破试验,测试和分析了不同切缝药包爆破应变波,并对3孔条件下爆破的定向断裂效果和损伤进行了测试分析.结果表明:水介质不耦合切缝药包具有很好的定向断裂效果,切缝宽度为2~6mm、不耦合系数为1.2~2.0时都有明显的定向效果.最后分析了爆炸水射流切缝药包作用下的岩体开裂机理.A new water uncoupled charge with slots which posed based on the study of other charges with slots. Some was adapted to water-bearing blasthole blasting was procontrast tests between this new charging constitution and other charges with slots were carried. Through single hole and triple holes simulation tests, some strain-wave pictures and their parameters under tests of different styles of charges with slots were tested, cracking and damage effects were also tested. The results prove that good directional effect by using this new charging constitution when the width of slot is from 2 to 6 mm and the nominal uncoupled coefficient is from 1.2 to 2.0. At last, the crack mechanism of rock in the condition of charge with slots was analyzed preliminarily.
