邻苯二甲酸二丁酯-OP乳化剂溶液治疗疥疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：邻苯二甲酸二丁酯-OP乳化剂溶液治疗门诊疥疮患者75例,1个疗程治愈率为90.67%,分别使用二丁酯-OP乳化剂溶液和疥宁霜治疗体检疥疮患者各80例,1个疗程治愈率分别为92.5%和82.50%,差异有显著性(χ2=9.00,P<0.005)。二丁酯-OP乳化剂是一种安全可靠、高效的疥疮治疗药物。75 cases of clinic service patients were treated by dl-n-buty phthalate-OP emulsion, and the recovery rate was 90.67%. Di-n-buty phthalate-OP emulsion and lindane cream were applied to two groups with 80 cases of scabies in them respectively, and the recovery rates were 92.5% and 82.50%. There was significant difference between the two groups. Di-n-buty phthalate-OP emulsion is safe and high-performance in treating scabies.
