摘  要:在常温常压下,用氧化还原引发体系(过硫酸钾/硫代硫酸钠),使丙烯酰胺与天然胶乳接枝共聚,制备腻子型吸水膨胀天然橡胶。研究了反应温度,反应时间,引发剂用量等对接枝反应的影响,用索氏抽提法测定接枝效率和接枝率,并测定了单体用量、交联剂用量等对吸水性能的影响。Water swelling rubber was prepared by natural rubber latex grafted with aeryl amide by oxidationreduetion system (K2S2O8/Na2S2O3) under the ordinary condition. The effects of the reaction temperature, time, and the amount of the initiator on grafting reaction were studied. The grafting efficiency and grafting rate were measured by using the Soxheh extraction method, and the effects of the amount of the aeryl amide and N, N'- Methylene-bis-(aerylamide) on the water swelling capacity were determined.
