摘  要:用干姜提取的姜酚合成了6-姜酚肟,采用气质联用仪测定了所获结晶姜酚肟的色谱与质谱行为,并根据6-姜酚肟的电离质谱图分析了其开裂过程.分析结果表明6-姜酚肟没有C4与C5间的热解脱水反应,肟基具有α-开裂、麦氏重排等开裂特点,反式6-姜酚肟具有数量多、峰强度高的奇数碎片离子峰.这些结果表明,所获得的结晶为6-姜酚肟的差向异构体的混合物,6-姜酚肟比反应物6-姜酚更为稳定.The aim of the paper is to investigate the behavior of mass spectrum for 6 - gingerol oxime. The 6 - gingerol oxime was synthesized by the reaction of hydroxylamine and the gingerol extracted from the dried ginger powder, and after this, isolated by the silica column. The mass spectra (MS) were obtained by the gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometer. GC -MS chromatography shown that the crystal obtained was composed of two compounds that had the similar MS behavior. MS shown that there was no heat - induced dehydration between C4 and C5 position. The isolation of oxime function was characterized at α - decomposition and Mclafferty rearrangement and so on. From these data, it is concluded that the crystal are the mixed substance of trans - and cis -6 - gingerol oxime. 6 - gingerol oxime was more thermal stable than 6 - gingerol.
