播期效应对武陵山区地方玉米品种经济性状配合力的影响

摘　　要：从武陵山区玉米地方品种中选取10个有代表性的纯系品种,按完全双列杂交组配45个杂交组合,研究播期效应对穗长、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、穗重、穗粒重和百粒重7个经济性状配合力的影响。结果表明,地方玉米品种7个经济性状的基因型均方均达显著或极显著水平;除秃尖长和穗行数外,其余经济性状配合力与播期互作均不显著;播期对经济性状的配合力影响极小,一般配合力的稳定性大于特殊配合力,配合力的利用不存在播期差异的影响。Studies were carried out with 45 F1 hybrids which were crossed by 10 typical inbreds of land races. By Singh. D method 4,analysis of variance and estimation of mean square were adapted to investigate effects of sowing date on combining ability of economic traits of spike length, bare tip,spike row, row grain,spike weight,spike grain and 100-grain weight. The result showed that the effect of genotypes on the economic traits was significant ;with the exception of spike rows and row grains ,interactive effects between combining ability of the other economic traits and sowing dates were not significant ; relative stability of GCA was more than that of SCA on economic traits. Utilization of combining ability of the economic traits of land races in Wuling mountain area was independent of sowing dates.
