摘　　要：焊机运行过程中,送丝电机或焊接小车会出现无规则涌动现象,使焊接过程难以正常进行。详细分析了此现象的产生原因和故障排除方法,并列出了MZ-1-1000埋弧自动焊机的常见故障、可能原因和排除方法。In the welding machine processing,the feeding wire trioto of welding tractor wilt appear the non-rule surges phenomenon, which will cause the welding difficult.The paper expounds the reusons and the trouble shooting me/hod of the phenomenon,and list the common breakdown,reasotl and troubleshooting measurement of MZ 1 1000 SAW machine.
