多级分组换热器温度平衡控制的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对克拉玛依石化公司常减压蒸馏装置中的多级分组换热器温度平衡控制要求,分析了目前普遍采用的换热器温度控制方案的优缺点,提出了基于恒比例分流流量控制的换热器温度平衡控制的多级分组方案,该方案的实施提高了温度的控制精度,节省了投资并降低了能耗。On the basis of the requirements of temperature balance control of the multilevel-grouping heatexchangers in Karamay Petrochemical Company, the advantages and disadvantages of the heat-exchanger temperature control options widely applied areanalyzed, and a new heat-exchanger temperature balance control scheme based on constant proportion-distribution flow control is proposed. The implementation of this control scheme has improved the precision of temoerature control and reduced the investment and energy requirement.
