摘 要:在基于单片机的步进电机控制驱动系统中,为了保证电机平稳运行,提高系统的实时调速响应性,一直是设计追求的目标。针对以上目标,该研究在硬件设计上采用专用键盘扫描与数码管驱动芯片ZLG7290和I2C总线技术,软件设计上采用三级中断优先级软件结构,使得控制系统很好地达到了设计目标。在一种蠕动泵控制驱动系统的应用中,证明系统具有调速实时性好和运行平稳的特性。该文所提出的一整套设计方法具有一定的理论和实用参考价值。In the stepping motor control-driven system which is based on micro-controller (MCU), it is always the target of design pursued that enhancing the real-time speed control response, at the same time making sure the motor is running smoothly. Aiming at this target, this paper presents a new approach, which adopts special keyboard and nixie tube driven chip and I2C bussing technique in hardware design, and three level interrupt priority software structure in software design. It make the control-driven system work well in a application of peristaltic pump control driven system. It demonstrate that system has the quality of good real-time speed control respose and good smoothrunning. This paper presents a set of techniques, have some reference value on theroy and practicality.
