摘 要:在对北京、杭州、昆明三个城市地面常规公交和快速公交系统上下客用时调查的基础上,对不同公交系统车站运营模式的特征、乘客上下车速度和车辆停靠时间进行了定量对比分析,还进一步揭示了车站运营模式对乘客、公交企业和社会效益的影响。阐述了快速公交系统实施站台收费的目的和意义,同时提出快速公交专用道和站台收费的方式是确保快速公交系统高运能和快速的关键环节。最后还建议客流量大的常规公交线路也应实施站台收费、水平登降等措施,以提高运营服务的效率和质量。This paper analyzes boarding and alighting times for both regular bus services and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services in the cities of Bcijing, Kunming and Hangzhou. It summarizes per capita boarding and alighting times and bus dwelling times for different types of ticketing systems and operational arrangements.It also discusses the benefits of pre-boarding fare collection in terms of passenger time savings. The paper discusses the objecrives and potential benefits for the pre-boarding fare collection method, and points out that busway and pre-boarding fare collection are two most important elements for mass capacity and high-speed operation of the BRT system. The paper also recommends adopting pre-boarding fare collection for regular bus services with high ridership, to improve operation performance and service quality.
