摘　　要：名栏建设,最重要的是高质量的稿源。传统的“等米下锅”被动组稿的方式已不能适应时代发展的要求。学报编辑主动走出去,有意识地、有针对性地进行学术采访,在名栏建设中具有重要的作用。它可以使编辑及时地获取各种学术信息,增大信息量,并准确地确定选题,从而组到水平较高的稿件。Contribution source of high quality is the most crucial element in the establishment of the popular column in journals. Traditional modes of treating contributions on equality basis fails to keep abreast of the times. Editors should conduct academic interviews consciously and initiatively, which plays an important role in the establishment of the popular column in journals, makes it possible for the editors to get access to various information and to decide on the right topic for the column so that high - quality contributions are accessible.
