摘　　要：项目融资是国际金融市场一种新型的融资方式,为大型工程项目筹集资金提供了极大的便利。但项目融资风险也是巨大的,所以构建风险识别与评价系统,确定合理的风险分担结构,以有效的规避和控制项目融资的风险,是项目融资成功的关键。Project financing is a new type of financing in international financial markets, which provides a great convenience for large projects to get funds. However, the risk of project financing is enormous. It＇s very important to construct a risk identification and evaluation system, and to establish a reasonable risk-sharing structure to avoid and control the risk of project financing.
