摘 要:通过对新疆呼图壁种牛场地区13种耐盐植物水溶性盐分含量的分析,结果阐述了盐分分布和积累的特点:1)大部分植物在盐分含量水平上是:Na+>K+>Mg2+>Ca2+,Na+超过20000μg/g,Ca2+不足800μg/g;Cl-达4.16%,仅为0.11%。全盐量平均为25.81%;2)和Ca2+的变异系数较高,其中Ca2+达到208.70%,Mg2+和K+相对较低;3)盐节木(Halocnemumstrobilaceum)、有叶盐爪爪(Kalidiumfoliatum)、里海盐爪爪(K.caspicum)和囊果碱蓬(Suse-dapysophora)1,2年生枝叶中的盐分含量高于多年生枝,但Ca2+含量低于多年生枝;4)不同植物种的盐分含量季节变化有较大差异。相关分析表明:和和K+、Cl-和Na+、和Mg2+、Cl+和全盐量以及Na+和全盐量之间在0.001水平上呈正相关;和全盐量以及Ca2+和之间在0.01水平上呈正相关。以水溶性盐分数据对13种植物进行TWINSPAN分类和DCA排序,划分出聚集Na+、Cl+、Ca2+等植物类型,为耐盐牧草的利用和改良提供了科学的依据。Through analysis of water-soluble salt contents in 13 dominant plant species in the area of Hutubi Cattle Farm, Xinjiang, the characteristics of their distributions and accumulations are expounded:1) on the level of water-soluble salt contents in most plant species, Na+>K>Mg2+>Ca2+, Cl-, Na+ was more than 20, 000 μg· g-1, Ca2+was less than 800 μg· g-1, Cl- reached 4. 16%, was only 0. 11 %, the range of total salt contents was 7. 19 %  ̄45. 1 % 1 2) In different plant species, the coefficient of variations of and Ca2+ were higher , the coefficient of variations of Ca2+ reached 208. 70%,Mg2+ and K+ were lower; 3) water-soluble salt contents in twig(1 st, 2 nd year) and leaf were higher than those in old branch in Kalidium foliatum, K. caspicum, Halocnemum strobilaceum,and Suaeda physophora, Ca2+ was on the contrary; 4) The seasonal variations of water-soluble salt contents in different plant species had very significant variety.Corelation analysis between water-soluble salt contents show that there were statistical positive correlations(p≤0. 001) between and and Mg2+, and K+,Cl- and Na+, Cl- and total salt contents, and statistical positive correlations(p≤0. 01) between and total salt contents, Ca2+ and total salt contents. The different plant types of concentrating on Na+, Cl-, Ca2+ et al. were divided by classification and ordination of TWINSPAN and DCA using the data of water-soluble salt contents in 13 plant species.
