摘　　要：由于我国一直对农业实行负保护,农业一直处于弱势地位。入世后,大量国外优势农业进入给我国农业带来了巨大的挑战。我国应注重运用法律对策对农业进行保护:充分利用“绿箱政策”;调整关税,加强对重要和弱势农产品的保护;建立农业保险制度;建立和完善农业保护立法。Because the government takes the policy of ＂negative - protection＂, the agricultural is weak.. With the probable impact brought by the import advantage agricultural products after join in the WTO. In country , we should take legal measures to protect agriculture. The main measures for our country to protect agricultural are to make full use of ＂green box measure＂ ; adjust the tariff and protect the weak agricultural product; built up agricultural insurance system; formulate and perfect agriculture legislation
