摘　　要：结婚制度为婚姻家庭制度的重要内容之一。我国的结婚制度存在着同性“婚姻”合法化、直系姻亲及拟制血亲结婚、实事婚姻存废的问题,应当结合我国国情适当增加相关婚姻法条款,以完善结婚制度。This paper analyzes Chinese Marriage Law and other related laws. The legal practice finds that there exist phenomena of legalization of the same sex＂marriage＂, lineal affinity, and null de facto marriage. This paper proposes that some amendments be made in llne with the reality of China in order to perfect marriage system.
