摘　　要：村民民主理财制度建设是中国农村民主管理制度建设的重要内容。这一制度建设中央极为关注、地方各级政府主导推行、农民群众积极参与,形成了国家与社会共同行动的景观。村民民主理财制度在实践中创新,在创新中不断完善,带来的将是农村各项事业的全面进步与发展。Villagers democratic finaneial management system building is the main content of China＇ rural democratic management building. As for this system is concerned, the Central Government cares about and local governments at all levels lead to push forward and farmers actively participate in it. Then the view of government and society acting in concert comes into shape. Its innovation in practice and gradual improvement in renewal will bring about increase and development in all rural causes in an all -round way.
