摘  要:我国对二氧化硫的排放控制标准日益严格,烟气脱硫工艺选择的正确与否,直接影响到脱硫工程的优劣乃至成败。在简述国家及上海二氧化硫排放控制规定的基础上,论述了烟气脱硫工艺选择的基本原则和重点考虑因素,介绍了脱硫工艺选择的评价原则、方法以及主要评价指标,并以上海某电厂的脱硫工程为例,分析了影响上海地区脱硫工艺选择的主要因素,介绍了脱硫改造方案选择与决策的案例。SO2 emission control criterion in China is becoming more and more strict. The performance of the FGD system is greatly affected by the technology selection Based on the analysis of the emission control rules of China and Shanghai , this paper introduces the basic principle and the important concerned factors of technology selection for FGD system and the key factors that should be emphasized during consideration. Methods for the evaluation of FGD technology selection are also presented. With the FGD system of a power plant in Shanghai as an example ,the principle of FGD project construction and the methodology used in the policy determination have been highlighted.
