摘  要:为优化包括RSD开关暂态电流试验平台和罗氏线圈检测装置的整个系统的电气参数,分析了RSD开关暂态电流试验平台的构建原理、试验回路的简化模型和基于自积分式罗氏线圈检测系统的工作机理后利用MAT-LAB软件中的SINMULINK仿真环境,建立了该试验平台的仿真模型,给出其仿真分析方法及其实验测试结果。研究表明,利用MATLAB软件中的SINMULINK仿真环境描述基于自积分式罗氏线圈测控装置用于监测RSD开关试验时暂态电流的仿真模型可为RSD开关试验时测试暂态电流提供一套合适的计算机仿真平台,利于优化试验回路和检测系统的电气参数,确保试验成功。A kind of reversely switching dynistor (RSD) electronic device is proposed to form pulse power supplies for power exciter lasers pulses that should be capable of producing within 30 kV -100kV, hundreds of ns pulse width, tens of MW energy. RSDs are triggered by short reverse voltage from the main (power) circuit. During this reverse, the short reverse current pulse passes through the semiconductor structure forming the thin electron-hole plasma layer in the collector junction plane. Then the applied voltage polarity returns to the initial slate where the plasma layer uniformly distributes the gate electron, which injects majority carriers into the base layers of the RSD s structure. Principle and simplified circuit of the platform used for testing the transient current of the high-speed and hlgh-power RSD semiconductor switch are analyzed. The configuration characteristic and operation property of the instrumentation system centered on the self-integrator type Rogowski coil sensor are introduced. Both of the test platform of the transient current of the RSD switch and the measurement system based on the MATLAB software SIMULINK environment are built up for the simulation models. Both simulation and experimental results can verify the truth of the simulation model for the instrumentation system applied to measure the transient current of the RSD switch, which can give great benefits to optimizing the electrical parameters in both the loop of the test platform of the RSD switch and the Rogowski coil sensor measurement system.
