摘  要:从SO2脱除机理、影响SO2脱除率的主要因素等方面分析比较了电离放电、荷电干式吸收剂喷射、荷电喷雾烟气脱硫等几种应用高电压技术脱硫方法的研究现状包括它们各自的技术优势、存在问题及深入研究的方向,认为:电离放电脱硫法和荷电干式吸收剂喷射脱硫法重点应在吸收剂来源成本、技术的成熟可靠、初投资及能耗的降低等方面进行深入研究,同时进一步发挥高电压技术在脱硫、脱氮、除尘等方面应用的优势,拓展应用领域,提高综合效益,使其更好地推广应用。而对荷电喷雾烟气脱硫的深入探索有望达到提高脱硫效果、降低运行成本的目的,为开发适合我国国情且易于推广的脱硫新技术开辟新途经。This paper mainly describes the application and prospect for the development of high voltage technology in flue-gas desulfurization, such as ionization discharge flue-gas desulfruization (Including the electron beam, the pulse plasma corona flue-gas desulfruization, the medium prevent electric discharge desulfruization, the strong ionization electric discharge desulfruization, the high pressure along surface flue-gas desulfruization, wet electric migration flue-gas desulfruization and so on), the charged dry-sorbent injection (CDSI) flue-gas desulfruization and the electrostatic spray desulfurization technology. Their SO2 removing mechanism, influential factors, advantages and disadvantages are introduced in detail, including the mechanism of SO2 removing technology, primary affecting aspects of SO2 removing rate and so on. Superiorities, existence problems and further research directions of different desul furization methods are comprehensively introduced by comparison. It is considered that the ionization discharge fluegas desulfurization method has faster and better adaptability to change in the conditions of flue-gas, a high degree of automation, and less equipment land, and can simultaneously solve the problem of high-temperature catalyst poisoning with a high desulfurization efficiency; The charged dry-sorbent injection flue-gas desulfruization has advantages of simple and effective equipment, less equipment land, no secondary pollution. In further research, we should emphasize on the absorbent origin cost, technical reliability, initial investment (mainly for the ionization discharge fluegas desulfruization method) and the reduction of energy expense for both desulfurization methods to further expand their application domain and enhance their comprehensive economic benefits. The research on electrostatic spray desulfurization technology is expected to reduce the droplet diameter, increase gas-liquid contact area, and improve the uniformity of the distribution of droplet.
