摘　　要：从开展调查研究准确把握专业的社会需求、与时俱进完善和调整专业方向与特色、适应社会需求构建与专业方向特色相适应的教学体系等三个方面介绍了茂名学院化工学院六个本科专业主动适应社会经济建设对人才的需求,搞好专业建设的思考和作法。并对社会需求、专业方向与特色、教学理论与实践体系等问题进行了论述。It is introduced that chemical engineering college accommodates to talent needs of socio-economic development, and developing the building of specialty form three aspects of the accurately grasping at any specialty needs of society, and adjusting the direction and features, and constructing a teaching system. In this paper, the issues is stated such as the social needs and specialty orientation and characteristics and system of teaching theory and practice.
