功能性消化不良胃动力学的超声检测

摘　　要：目的:观察功能性消化不良(FD)患者的排空功能及临床意义。方法:采用单切面实时超声显像法,对167例及64例健康对照者进行了胃B超流体餐动力学多项指标检测。结果:与对照组比较,FD患者胃排空时间(T1/2)延长1.94倍,胃全排空时间(T)延长1.53倍,胃窦收缩频率(F)减慢61.59%,胃窦收缩幅度(△A/A)及胃窦运动指数(MI)均下降。结论:FD患者胃排空有明显的障碍。Objective To investigate the gastric emptying function of patients with functional dyspepsia （FD）. Method Gastric motility functions of 167 FD patients and 64 normal controls were studied with liquid test meal on ultrasonography （US）. Results The mean gastric emptying time was delayed in FD patients compared with that of the controls; the mean systole frequency, systole extent and motility indices of sinus ventriculi decreased in DF patients compared with the controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is obvious gastric emptying disturbance in patients with functional dyspepsia.
